What services do you offer?

We design and style curated picnics and small private events for couples, groups of friends, birthdays and special occasions.
We take care of the setup, styling and overall atmosphere so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience.

Where do the picnics take place?

Picnics can be set up in public parks, outdoor spaces or private locations chosen by the client, subject to availability and local area guidelines.

Do you also organise private events at home?

Yes. We also provide styling and setup services for private events at home or at a chosen venue, with a strong focus on table styling and overall ambience.

How many guests are your services designed for?

Our standard picnic packages are designed for couples or small groups of up to 6 guests.
For larger groups, we offer customised setups for private events.

Do you provide food?

Food is available exclusively as an optional add-on and is supplied by selected third-party partners.

How are allergies or dietary requirements handled?

Any allergies or specific dietary requests must be communicated prior to booking.
As all food is supplied by third parties, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens and cannot accept responsibility for dietary restrictions.

Can we bring our own food or drinks?

Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, unless otherwise agreed.
Alcohol consumption in public spaces must comply with local regulations.

Do you serve alcohol?

No, we are not authorised to serve alcohol.
Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages (BYO).
Soft drinks, ice and cooler bags can be provided upon request.

Do you provide music?

A portable Bluetooth speaker can be provided upon request. Guests can connect their own device and choose their preferred music.

Can the style or theme be customised?

Yes. Both picnics and private events can be fully customised in terms of style and theme.
With sufficient notice, we can organise and adapt the setup to suit specific requests.

Please note that themed setups or bespoke requests may involve additional costs compared to the standard picnic or event styling, as they may require the purchase or hire of specific items such as tableware, glassware, decorations or themed elements.

All custom requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and any additional costs will be clearly communicated prior to booking confirmation.

Is it possible to have support during a private event?

For private events, upon request, we can facilitate contact with external collaborators for additional support during the event.

Is the support service organised by you?

No. Any support services are arranged and managed directly between the client and the external collaborator.
We are not responsible for agreements, payments or working arrangements.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends. Last-minute requests are subject to availability.

What happens in case of bad weather?

In the event of bad weather, we offer the option to reschedule the event. We will always try to find the best possible solution together.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable and the amount paid will be retained.

How do I book?

You can book directly through our online booking system by selecting your date, package and any optional add-ons.
