Bookings & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Full payment is required to secure the booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.
Weather
In case of bad weather, we will offer the option to reschedule, subject to availability. Refunds due to weather are not guaranteed.
Locations & Public Spaces
For events held in public spaces, clients are responsible for complying with local rules and regulations, including alcohol restrictions where applicable.
Food
Any food provided is supplied by third-party partners.
We do not prepare food and are not responsible for allergens or dietary requirements.
Allergies or special requests must be communicated prior to booking.
Alcohol
We are not licensed to sell or serve alcohol.
Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages (BYO), in accordance with local laws.
External Support
For private events, we may facilitate contact with external collaborators upon request.
Any such arrangements are made directly between the client and the third party. We are not responsible for payments or agreements.
Damage & Liability
Clients are responsible for any damage to styling items or equipment during the event.
Participation is at the client’s own risk. We are not responsible for personal injuries or loss of personal belongings, except where required by law.
Photography
Photos of setups may be taken for promotional purposes. Please advise in writing prior to the event if you do not wish images to be used.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
